Water & Pet Damage

Pets and Water can do real damage to your hardwood floors. We Specialize in water damage, making it appear as it never happened. Pet urine is another leading cause of damage to your floors. The proper way is to remove the affected areas and replace by weaving new and old to make a flawless look. Then sand the floor back to its original beauty.

We cut out the areas that had staining due to pet urine. We then weaved in new red oak to match existing look. We then sanded with our 

Dust Free system and coated with dull rubbed finish per customer request.

We removed the linoleum to expose the hardwoods. Then we used air mover fans to dry out the water in the hardwoods. We then sanded the glue and water stains out of the floor and finished with oil based satin polyurethane.
